Stocks to watch on Wednesday: AMD (AMD) - the biggest in play stock today is AMD. The stock is slumping another 4% at the lows placing AMD down over $6 from the highs at $34. My theory remains that this dip due to the Intel (INTC) update is a gift. The chip giant is nowhere closer to solving their 10nm problems before AMD reaches 7nm. Intel doesn't even have a CEO yet so don't act shocked when more disfunction occurs. More research: AMD: Intel Update Gift Square (SQ) - the mobile payments provider remains a dangerous position to own at $100. Crazy analyst targets keep topping $100, but paying $50 billion for a $1.5 billon revenue stream is absurd. Watch out below. NXP Semi. (NXPI) - any semi related to autos and attached to the China trade war remains weak. NXP Semi. is an ultimate bargain at $85 as the company repurchases billions in shares.
