Stocks to watch on Thursday: Himax Tech (HIMX) - the breakout towards $10 continues. Yelp (YELP) - stock got a small 2.6% bump during a big market rally as the EU ruling against Alphabet (GOOG)(GOOGL) potentially helps improve international operations. Yelp is an extremely cheap stock trading at an EV/Sales multiple of 2x with no benefit from 30 million international users. Citigroup (C) - the bank approved a massive $18.9 billion capital return. Citigroup doubled the quarterly dividend to $0.32 for a 2% dividend yield. As well, the bank announced a $15.6 billion share buyback sending the stock soaring to nearly $67 in after hours. The stock is still cheap, but investors should've clearly taken the last year or so to buy shares at much cheaper prices. Twitter (TWTR) - the market tried to knock the social-media stock down today, but Twitter bounced right off the 20ema setting the inevitable break higher. Next stop is $20 with a likely date with $25 as the turnaround is in full force.
