Stocks to watch on Wednesday:United Airlines (UAL) - the airline stock discussed being ahead of previous '20 EPS goals of $11 to $13 per share and the stock just yawns. The market refuses to price airline stocks appropriately despite a willingness to value other transport sectors with a P/E multiple more in the 15x range. United would trade at $195 based on a 15x multiple on a $13 EPS target, instead the stock is struggling to break $90. Buy the weakness here. Stitch Fix (SFIX) - after several bullish analyst calls, insiders bought 150K shares. Even at $22, the stock only trades at 1x sales estimates. No reason to stop loading up here. Aurora Cannabis (ACB) - the cannabis stocks are turning weak again after consuming the Aphria (APHA) relief rally. Seaport Global only forecasts Aurora generating $310 million of revenue in FY21 while still producing an EBITDA loss. The analyst appears t conservative, but investors need to consider the stock would lose another 50% on those numbers. Disclosure: Long UAL
