Stocks to watch on Friday:Johnson & Johnson (JNJ) - having the FDA find a sub-trace of asbestos in talc is a major problem for the JNJ. The healthcare company faces thousands of lawsuits for talc powder causing cancer along with opioids and now Risperdal make the 2.8% dividend yield not worth the risk. Avoid JNJ here. Cronos Group (CRON) - Stifel claims the stocks is the "New King in the North", yet the company reported Q2 results were revenues were only $7.7 million. Cronos might have a large balance sheet, but the company is far from the king of the cannabis sector. The stock is definitely worth watching due to the C$2 billion cash balance, but its not a buy yet. Chipotle Mexican Grill (CMG) - Evercore placed a $1,600 price target on the stock for 5 years from now and the stock hardly flinched. While bearish on the valuation here, Chipotle appeared an easy pick to reach $1,000, but the lack of a jump suggests the stock has potentially already peaked. The stock has faced strong resistance at $850 and needs to top this level over a quick dip to $700 is next. Disclosure: No position
